Bleron Menzelxhiu
Currently serving as an Advisor to the Minister for Local Government, focusing on decentralization and improving the performance of local governance. This role follows his tenure as an Advisor to the Mayor of Tirana, where he provided guidance on public affairs and policy development in the city. From 2019 to 2021, he lectured on Political Analysis and Public Choice at Riinvest International, a center recognized by the University of London and the London School of Economics for international programs. Prior to these positions, he was the Head of the Division for Policy Coordination at the Ministry of Trade and Industry of Kosovo, leading initiatives on industrial clusters and policy development for industry sectors.
